One Block Off Main Street in Frisco

This is a two level condo. Furnished with all linen, full kitchen, micro, dishwasher, oven, jenn air, gas grille, washer, dryer, cable tv.
There are three bedrooms with queen beds. Two of the bdrms have bunk beds. One car garage, and hot tub for the complex. The complex is just 16 units and is quiet and secluded. Located just one block off main street and south of the post office/”Blue Spruce restaurant”. It is a short walk to the free shuttle service which services Summit County and all the ski resorts.

Copper mountain is 6 miles away. Breck and Keystone are 9 miles. Vail is 25 miles. Snow mobiling, hiking, cross country skiing. I have referrals to discount ski rentals and tickets. Summer rafting is only 45 minutes away at buena vista… (I think the best!) Some great scenery here…. Rocky Mountain National Part, Great White Sand Dunes, Royal Gorge, old mining roads over the mountains, Leadville, Georgetown, Glenwood Springs (hot springs); and just hiking out the back door to the top of Mt. Royal.

Seasonal or long term Frisco rental

This townhouse is an end unit that has living room, dining room and kitchen windows facing south - so the main floor is very sunny. The walls are all light-neutral colors and the carpet is a medium beige color. It has a large master bedroom with large bathroom upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, and kitchen with dining room, living room and powder room in between. The carpet is new, as is the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and the refrigerator and stove. The living space is about 1400 sq. feet.

Other features include a wrap around deck, detached garage, washer and dryer, and gas fireplace. There is plenty of closet space.

It is available immediately with a lease until May 1st and monthly after that.

It has gas heating and gas hot water. Cable TV is included with the HOA (which I pay). The cable is also good for the internet, but I don’t pay for that. Utilities (gas and electric) are not included in the rent.

Deposit is $1900.

No pets please.

This would be especially good for a family or small group of people doing seasonal work anywhere from Loveland to A-Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, etc.

Copper Mountain 1 br condo, walk to the lifts

Taylor’s Crossing 207 is in the Center Village, which is where the American Eagle and the American Flyer lifts are located. The front door of the building is about 100 yards from the American Eagle. This condo is updated with a 32″ flat panel TV, a new leather hideabed and fresh paint and accessories. It is NOT your standard Copper Mountain tired condo! The underground parking garage keeps your car warm and dry, the ski locker in the lobby area means you don’t have to carry skis up and down stairs, and the hot tub is within sight of the deck. You also have a great view of Ten Mile Creek below the deck, and Starbucks, which is just across the bridge! We have two sets of walkie talkies in the condo to keep you and the family in touch while on the mountain. Rates are similar to rates everyone else charges, even the “tired” condos, and you will be dealing directly with the owner rather than an impersonal, large company.
